I have sent an e-transfer but the services are not currently enabled

If you pay by e-transfer, the payment must be manually applied to your account. This is usually done within a few minutes, but depending on the time of payment, it can take up to a few hours. Our team is located in the Eastern time zone, so if you pay by e-transfer late at night our time, the payment may not be applied to your account until first thing in the morning.

You will receive an email from our support team as soon as the e-transfer has been applied.

In the meantime, you can step through the services, answering all of the questions. You can complete your documents, and view the first couple of pages of each document. When the payment is applied to your account, the document is then ready to be downloaded and printed in its entirety.
